Instructions:
On command the first player dribbles as fast as possible around the marker and back to the start line where he exchanges the ball with the next player in line. Player does the same and group that first completes the task as a full squad wins the round.

5 - Players numbered 1 - 3 in teams
Instructions:
1 - Coach calls out a number 1 - 3, that number from each team enters the sqaure.
2 - Players play 1v1v1v1, players try and score on any goal other than their own
3 - Teams lose points when a goal is scored on their goal

2) Creating traingle as big as possible (width/length/depth) to help create gaps to penetrate
