Lofted Passes Intro P3 (10 mins)
Player A passes to player B. When this first pass from player A is hit the defender (D) runs in to shut down player B. Player B sets the ball back for player A who lofts the ball over the top for player B to run onto. The defender must chase down the ball. The aim is for player B to bring the ball down under control before they reach the byline without the defender winning the ball.

Lofted Passes Match (40 mins)
Normal match conditions except there are three zones. A midfield and two attacking zones (A & B).
You can score through any normal means. If you score from a ball played straight from zone A to B (or vice versa) then you get three goals added to your tally. If teams start camping defenders inside their own zone then impose a limit on two defenders inside their zone at one time
