Gates:
Working in groups of three, players pass and move trying to pass the ball through as many gates as possible.
Questions to Ask:
- Is it better to receive the ball while standing still or while your on the move?
- How can you get through more gates in the same amount of time?
- What does a good pass look like?
- What should your foot look like when receiving the ball?
- What should the third person be doing whiel the ball is being passed between 1 and 2?
To provide additional layers of challenge:
- Add time restrictions
- alternate what color gates they can score in
- two or three touch maximum
