Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Compact Defending As A Unit

Description

-Players split into two groups of five players, both set up as aback 3 with a midfield 2.

-Team in possession of the ball aim to play through one of the threecone gates situated behind the opposition to score a point. This can be eitherthrough a pass or a dribble. The end zone behind the cone gates provides anarea in which the ball must be in control to secure the point.

-If the team out of possession win the ball, then roles turnover andthey become the attacking team, and must seek to score in any of the three conegates.
