Players have a ball each in a circle.

Introduce challenges eg. use the sole of the foot

Upon coach shouting earthquake players must stop their ball still and find another within the circle to carry on dribbling.

Pirates (15 mins)

Players have ball at one end of court objective is to dribble ball across court without having the ball took off them by 'Pirates'

Award points for each successful crossing. Once the 'Pirates' catch some treasure (footballs), the treasure is stored in a chest (pre marked out zone).

Once player no longer has a ball he then becomes a pirate.

Vary by adding safe islands on the pitch where 'Pirates' cannot steal treasure.

Line Ball (20 mins)

2v2 Line Ball

In a grid players play 2v2. To score they must successfully stop their ball on the opponents line.

Player is started with one team passing the ball across court to the other. If ball goes out. There is no kick ins or corners play just restarts in the same way.
