A coaching practice designed to improve players football actions in 1v1 attacking and defending situations

Red player starts by attacking the blue player
When a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play the red attacker becomes the defender with the next blue player as the attacker
If the defender or GK wins the ball they transition to attack the 2 small goals
Keep the players active on outside with football actions, no long queues
