  • square in the middle
  • teams split int 2 colors
  • every player with a ball

Instructions

1. first player in line will dribble towards their cone and perform a turning skill move

2. player will dribble back their line which will trigger next player to perform next turning skill move

3. make into a competition first team to do 8 repetitions will get 1 MVP point

-inside cut

-outside cut

-cryuff turn  

-step over 

-slap cut 

Coaching Points

-head up to identify space

-close control when dribbling 

-check shoulder when turning 

-planting foot when turning 

-exaggeration of move 

-exit touch
