Blue - Defend the central lane of the field by pushing the ball to the outside goals or high up the field to goal. #8/10 need to stay high to be ready for the counter attack

Yellow - Attack to the large goal with the help of the outside players. #8/10 can play in both zones. Only inside players are allowed to shoot. 

All players need to stay within the areas of their position to be successful. 

End goals are worth 2 points and side goals are worth 1 point.
