Pitch A:
1. The team that scores stays on and the team on the other side of the pitch comes on with the ball and attacks the goals with the scoring team turning into defending team
If the ball has gone over baseline (missed shot at goal etc) both teams go off and 2 new teams come on (coach throw ball on)
FOCUS: moving the ball forward, passing, tackling, tackling back, awareness
Pitch B-D
3v3 bench ball
Before a team can try to score, they need to create 3 consecutive passes
Teams score by passing the ball to a player in another team in the End Zone
That team will then come onto the pitch with a ball and attack the other End Zone
Focus on passing accuracy and defensive interception

Concept: How can we find space and use our first touch to help us score in a small area?
Set Up: In the attacking 25 with three hockey goals - one on the baseline, two diagonally facing the one on the baseline outside the D and in line with the end of the dash line. 5 x teams of 3 if possible

Players cannot be tackled in the squares but can only spend 5 seconds in a square. Encourage self-pass
If they score, they leave the ball for the other team and drop into defensive play
Change it:
Teams must get the ball into each square either by carrying or passing to team mate.
If they get a point in all 4 squares, they score a GOAL
