Goals 20 yards away from center.
Objective:Defense- Win the ball find a teammate.
Offense- Beat Player Find a teammate
Game:
1 Team goes 1v1 with opponent. If they beat the player, they connect with the opposite teammate.
2 Opposite teammate takes on the same player and tries to play to repeat.
3. If Defender wins the ball. Find team with pass( BEST OPTION) or clear the ball
4.Teammate attacks same player that was just attacking
5. Both Teams must have a few balls so that they can immediately attack opponent if ball goes out of play
