Arrival Games = As players arrive - 10:15
Ball Mastery / Tag = 10:15-10:30

Activity #1 / Relay Race = 10:30-11:00
- Each component 15 minutes
- Can be done in any oder based on rotation
Match Play = 11:00-11:15

Arrival Games (5 mins)
Organization: As players arrive have them try to score. Coaches play against the players and try to prevent players from scoring.

Ball Mastery (5 mins)
Organization: Players perform techniques / movements commanded by the coach. Each player has a ball Tries to complete what is callout by the coach. Toe-taps, tic-tacs, inside / outside, heel to toe.
Progression: Player move without out a ball and complete different movements. Hop, skip, jump, two foot jump, balance on one foot, somersault, cart wheel, roll, run backwards.

Tag (10 mins)
Organization: Chain tag. When a player is tagged they join the tagger by linking hands. They work together to tags other and create a longer chain. Change who starts as the tagger after everyone is tagged in the previous round.

Activity #1 (15 mins)
Organization: Divide the groups into four teams and put each team into their own corner. One at a time players leave to collect a ball and bring it back to their area. Team with the most balls at the end wins.
Progression: Once all the balls are out of the middle area players can steal from other teams. Players cannot defend if a player steals from their team. Have a set number that teams are trying to achieve / collect 5 balls.
Regression: You can start with players having to carry the ball with their hands to make it easier to understand and improve activity quality.

Relay Race (15 mins)
Organization: Divide the groups into even teams. Teams work to complete the relay race. Create / think ahead of different ways to complete the relay race. Add in different movements.
Progression: Include a soccer ball to make more difficult / soccer specific.

Organization: Even teams. Pass or dribble in from sidelines.
