Player then sprints back to the starting point where the next member of his team is waiting to begin. The team that has the most goals is the winner. 1 v 1 (15 mins)

Key Factors

Players are split in two the two halves 7 players with balls and 1 Player acts as goalkeeper. Attacking player must run with ball and attempt to score past GK. Once saved, tackled or attacker scores goal the attacker becomes the GK for the net attacker and the former GK takes the ball and runs around the playing area to join the qeue of attackers. Carry on the procedure and rotate players quickly.

You can escelate this drill by adding an attacker to make 2 v 1 or defenders to make 1 v 2 etc... etc....
