Organisation
Add gk. (still 15 seconds to score )
Oppostion to go back stay with playing through central areas on floor.
2-3 minutes look at distances from goal, back 4 distances, looking not to get played through between lines and look at central midfielders not being too deep
5-6 minutes Gk starting positions to try and effect any long balls over the top, also communicate with team mates as they can see all of the play
8-9 mins Walk through from wide one side to wide other side.
Progression 10 mins Bring in opposition team (try go long into strikers.)
Transitions for striker and wide players positions. May come out earlier (11-13 minutes)
Coach the what ifs.
Talk about long ball and defender covering expect him to lose header.

Tell players what session is High press to defend central areas.
Ball to start with GK (ask them to try to play out and through middle of pitch on floor)
Explain point system and also 15 seconds for reds to score.
Coaching Points.
1-2 minutes Striker to show play one way arching run not to allow switch. (ask players why)
3-4 minutes. Trigger from striker Wide player inposition to get close on ball traveling to full back, showing wide and not allowing ball inside to midfielders.
Also work on No10 and opposite wide player in same time. No 10 drops onto deepest mid or player same side as the ball. Wide player tucks in to be in position to effect opposition midfielder. But also able to release to get close if there is a big switch in play.
5-6 minutes Centre midfielders, On side of ball be in position to screen ball into first striker and also be able to get close to his opposition midfielder if ball is played short to him. Other midfielder to drop slightly and cover parnter but be in position to screen second striker and to release and close furthest midfielder but doing this by communicating with wide player.
7-8 minutes Back 4. full back on side of ball to get close and ready to put pressure on ball if played into wide player and also looking to step infront and win ball. Not getting too tight too early but be in a position to stop balls played low into channels. Centre back on ball side of striker to be in position to be first to any ball into channel and close to striker to effect pass into him. Second centre back to cover partner. In a position support with any long ball over the top. playing between srikers and in position to get close to second striker Normally the last defender.
Opposite full back to come narrow , inline for slightly advanced of centre back. able to cover second centre back and also to get to any long ball played to the attacking wide player.(least danger)
