 5 come central slightly to receive.  Keeping a safe distance from the opp ST.

7 push high to make room for the 6

6 roll out,  11 slide in

5 can play the 6, 11 or  9, depending on the space taking up by the opp Mid

#6 drops into the back 3.

#4 and 5 can push higher, if safe to do so. 
*Important that we fill in the middle to get balance, either from the opposite winger #7 or #9.
Keep a diamond shape in the midfield, (red lines).
