The player starts 7.5 yards away from the coach and they pass back a forth for 60 seconds (2 touch) 2 sets
Then the player moves back to 15 yards away from the coach they pass back a forth for 60 seconds (2 touch) 2 sets
The player comes back to the first set of cones and plays 1 touch - 60 seconds - 2 sets
Then the player goes back to the 15-yard mark and plays 1 touch from there - 60 seconds - 2 sets
The final set the player starts at the 15 yard mark, receives the ball, plays 2 touch back to the coach then comes forward to the 7.5 markers and plays 1 touch, repeat pattern for 60 seconds - 3 sets.
