Organization:
4 teams of three playing on two fields with mini goals.
Half way line.
Field size dependant on age.
Instructions:
The game starts with each team having two players in their own half and one in the opponnent's half.
A second player can join the opponent's half by dribbling or passing across, then joining in to create a 2v2.
Coaching Points:
Option 1: Shoot.
Option 2: Pass to someone who can shot.
Option 3: Keep possession. Try to create openings.
Progressions/Regressions:
P: All players out of possession can defend anywhere.
R: All three attackers can join in the opponent's half.

Organization:
4 teams of three playing on two fields.
Each field has two 6 yard goals made with cones (side-on puggs/ official goals if available).
Half way line.
Field size dependant on age.
Instructions:
When out of possession, the defender closest to their goal is goalkeeper.
The team who concedes the first goal must send a player off. Game is now 3v2. (rotate players sent off)
When 3v2, next goal wins.
Coaching Points:
Take risks to score.
Option 1: Shoot.
Option 2: Pass to someone who can shot.
Option 3: Keep possession. Try to create openings.
Progressions/Regressions:
P: Add goalkeepers to make it 4v4.
R: Add a neutral.

3 teams of four playing to large goals.
One teams off, two teams on playing 4v4.
Instructions:
First goal wins or 3 minutes. Longest team off if tied after 3 minutes.

Organization:
4 teams of three playing on two fields with endzones.

Instructions:
A point is scored by throwing the ball to your teammate who must catch it in the end zone.
The player with the ball only gets two steps. Players without the ball can move freely.
Defending team can only intercept and can not touch the player in possession.
Coaching Points:
Pass forward/ support forward, quickly.
Player with the ball should always have two options (Forward/moving forward).
Option 1: Pass forward to score.
Option 2: Pass to someone who can score
Option 3: Keep possession.
Progressions/Regressions:
P: Play to goal - volley to score.
P: Two touch when receiving - Body part + catch.
R: 3v2+1.
R: One bouce before catch.
