Organization: full court, two goals, two goalkeepers, 7 players.
Instructions: goalkeeper distributes ball to build up team. They try and score in opposite goal. 1 defender can defend but ONLY on their half of the court. Attackers can all go anywhere.
Variations: (1) add defenders, (2) allow defenders to go anywhere.

Objective: Full futsal game to work on theme of training session.
Rules to explain:
1. Kickoff (must go forward, how to defend kickoff)
2. Kick in (4 seconds, can't score directly from it)
3. Corner Kick (corner kick plays, how to defend)
4. Goal Clearances (goalie has ball 4 seconds)
5. Offside (none)
6. Pass-Back Rule (can't pass back to GK after distribution unless opponent touches it or it goes out of bounds. Indirect free kick.
7. Subs (must be completely off or yellow card)
8. Direct Free Kick (these are at spot of the foul and are countable fouls)
9. 6th Foul (you get 6 fouls per half. On 6th it is a PK from second PK spot OR if inside goal area first PK spot. No wall allowed).
10. PK (fouls inside goal area).

2 Line Passing (10 mins)
Objective: improve our passing and receiving.
Organization: two lines approximately 8-10 yards apart.
Instructions: players pass the ball to opposite player and go to back of that line.
Variations: (1) receive with sole pass back with same foot, (2) receive with sole pass back with opposite foot, (3) roll across body and pass back, (4) roll outside body and pass back.
