Object of the game is for one player from each team to get a football and dribble it back to his teams corner
When the player gets back to his corner he tags the next player to go to the middle and get another football
Game ends when there are no balls left in the middle and the team with the most balls is the winner.
Next stage
Players can now, one at a time go and take a ball form any of the other corners and bring it back to their teams corner
Coach can decide when game finishes and the team with the most footballs is the winner

The Teams have their own corner and quadrant were they start
Objective
The teams try to steal the balls from their opponents corners and bring them back to their own corner, 1 at a time. If a player is tagged in an opposing quadrant he must sit down and they can only be rescued by a team mate coming and touching them. At any point the coach can stop the game and have the players do exercises like push ups, the team with the most balls does not have to do the exercise.

2 Teams of 3/4 players play against each other
Each team has 3 "markers" (bib or cone)
The aim of the game is to get 3 markers in a line - across, down or diagonal
One player from each team races out to the game "board" and puts down in a square a marker
He then races back to his team and tags his team mate to race out and place the next marker
When all 3 markers are down if there is not 3 in a line the players continue to play taking it in turns to race out until they get 3 in a line to win.
