The objective of this session is to teach the developmental players to execute good passing and receiving technique and an improved understanding of how to move effectively into spaces to support the player on the ball. yet emphasize WHERE, WHEN, HOW and furthermost WHY to execute the pass and move into spaces once in possession of the ball. The idea is to implement all three technique competences, passing combinations, support movements, and receiving technique, with passing over short and medium distances, receiving and off the ball movement.

PASSING AND SUPPORT - 15 MIN ( UNOPPOSED)
ORGANIZATION - Mannequins or Poles, balls, 12 to 15 players maximum, cones, color vests
DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS
The two groups will start the activity at the same time, the sequence will involve four players.
A RED player starts by playing the pass to the 1st CENTER at the mannequin or Pole, the player who receives and passes to the 2nd CENTER player at the mannequin. The 1st CENTER player makes AN OVERLAPPING run around the mannequin and combines it with a pass to the other corner player.
The player will be moving one session up upon playing the passes.
5 blocks of 90 secs.
PROGRESSIONS - Each block challenges the players on the last touches possible, and switches the direction.

PASSING AND SUPPORT - 15 MIN ( UNOPPOSED)
ORGANIZATION - Mannequins or Poles, balls, 12 to 15 players maximum, cones, color vests
DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS
The two groups will start the activity at the same time, the sequence will involve four players.
A RED player starts by playing the pass to the 1st CENTER player that will show and double pass back to the 1st passer, who will pass to the 2nd CENTER player that will check away from the mannequin. The 1st CENTER player makes an UNDER-LAPPING run to receive the returning pass and combines it with a pass to the other corner player. The timing of the pass to the other corner player is precise and the receiver takes the ball in a run and dribbles to the opposite corner.
The player will be moving one session up upon playing the passes.

ORGANIZATION - Mannequins or Poles, balls, 12 to 15 players maximum, cones, color vests
DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS
This final sequence, the 2nd CENTER PLAYER runs in front of the mannequin. The players combine the passes to release the 2nd player for a shot at a goal 10 yards from the end line.
The player will be moving one session up upon playing the passes.

ORGANIZATION - Balls, color vests, cones, 15 players maximum.
DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS
Five player outside and 5 x 5 inside - the players from outside are alowed two touches, and they will be working as SUPPORTING players for the team in possession.
The first 3 minutes one team will be attacking, with a consecutive 5 passes= 1 goal, if the defenders regain possession they will have 2 points. If the ball is be playing outside it doesn't count as a paasing point unless it returns inside and they keep possession.
after three minutes switch rules, the loosing team goes outside the outside team comes inside as defenders first,

ORGANIZATION - 12 players, balls, color vests, mannequins, cones
DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS
The players will be split into groups of 5 in an area of 10 yrds x 10 yrds as in the diagram above. Play will start with one of the two players playing a square pass and following the pass, as the player received the pass she will play a diagonal pass across the grid and follow her pass and start over and the remaining players. Three touches to start to be familiar with the ball movement and the dynamics of the session.
90 secs switch directions.
3 blocks of 90 secs, progress at each block to a more challenging task, two touches and 1 touch whenever possible.
