LIVERPOOL SPRINTS
ORGANIZATION
Cones, soccer balls, 20 players, as showing at the diagram
DESCRIPTION
6 players at the startting point, 4 players sprint to cone 1, the back two players waiting at cone 1, while the two front players carry on to cone 2, they are also joinig by two players from cone 1, they sprint at the lengh of two cones and rest for the recovery time.
PROGRESSION
They will sprint to cone 1, shuffle to cone 2, sghuffle to cone 3, hope one foot cone 3, switch foot to cone 4,shuffle with chaging directions to cone 5, sprint and sprint to the end.

THE T DRILL
Player will sprint to the first cone perform ball touch 1,2,1,2, accelerate with ridection changing to each cone, sprint back after the last cone.

AGILITY DRILLS WITH THE BALL - 25'
ORGANIZATION
cones, soccer balls,12 players, speed agility ladder, hurdles, 4 poles
ORIENTATION
Set a line of cones 10 yards a part, use a tall cone at the first 10 yrds and at thre last second to last 10yrds.
Split the players and groups accordingly to each groups at each end.
At the wistle they, players from group A accelerate to the soccer balls, perform touch 2 steps touch for 10", as soon as they finish , they go over the speed agility ladder,1,2,1 , receive a pass from the server and pass it back, sprint to the cone, perform another 1,2,1,2, activation to the next cone and accelerate to the end,Group B will perform the same agility drills drills with the ball, with some plyometric over the hurdles and acceleration and changing directions around the poles
PROGRESSION

PHASE 2
running with the ball, at the first cone perform a dribble, and sprint with the ball to the next cone, the next group only goes after the player from group 1 tag him.(Ronaldo and Messi touches.
