Organisation

Set up the practice as shown.

Player 1 dribbles forward and has to shoot before or on the D of the box.

As soon as the shot is taken, the player behind the end line IMMEDIATELY passes the ball towards the penalty spot.

Player 1 continues his run and takes the second shot close to the penalty spot.

IMMEDIATELY after the second shot is taken, the player in the wide position crosses for a header or volley.

Player 1 adjusts his position to the flight of the cross.

Players move round one place clockwise after the 3 shots.
