- The Offense player’s (Red), will move the ball from one side to another
- The Defenders (Blue) will try to follow the offense players by trying to stay in the same line.
- The goal is to have the offense players trying to get the defender out of their line.
- Switch offense with defense every 1-2 minutes
Progression: Use different type of balls (regular balls, futsal balls and mini balls)

Moves Technique
- Moves away from pressure (Stop and go moves using “faints”)

“Grab Soccer”
- The offense players (Red) will try to dribble the ball from one side to another without letting the defenders (Blue) “crab” position touch their balls.
- If the defender touches the ball the offense player will have to start again.
- Switch every 5 minutes

Activity I / Warm-up (15 mins)
- Each player will have a different type of ball (regular soccer ball, futsal ball and mini ball).
- The coach will ask the players to dribble the ball without touching any other players
- During the activity the coach will request the players to do something
*Turnings/moves (“Stop and Go”):
*Inside/outside/bottom (forward, side and back)
- Dinamic Stretching
Every 1- 3 minute switch balls
Progression: Ask the players to do double turnings/moves with the ball
