1st ball is delivered into the box with either outswinger or set for player to deliver inswinger (rotate it)
2nd ball - Players run back out of box to the edge, and a wide free kick is taken into the box and players attack the cross.
3rd ball quick reaction to coach feeding ball into the box and one touch finish.
