Dynamic Warm Up
Dynamic Warm Up (10 Minutes)
* Divide players into groups of 5 or 6
* 1 passes to 2, then 2 passes to 3 and so on
* The last player passes to 1 and then it starts over again
* Players need to MOVE into a new space after their pass
* The groups should pass and work through the other group/s
* Every minute or so, stop the players and ask them to perform a dynamic stretch i.e. butt kicks etc.
* After 10/15 seconds get them back into the passing routine
Progressions
* Receive and pass with the outside foot
* Drive passes with laces / instep
* Lofted balls
* Variation of passes
* Variation of turns

* 3v3 format
* Approx 30 by 20 yard fields
* If you have additional players please form more teams and rotate them in after a goal is scored
Please make sure you position yourself in a way that allows you to see all of the players in your age group. This allows you to evaluate a specific field of players, but keep an eye on the other fields too. Don't turn your back on any players.
