 - يلتزم اللاعب بساعات النوم الكافية 8-7 ساعات ليلا

- يلتزم باخذ احتياجات من المغذيات و الطاقة 

- شرب السوائل بكمية كافية 2,5 لتر يوميا على الاقل 

- لا يقوم اللاعب بعمل التدريبات الصباحية يوم قبل المباراة و يوم بعد المباراة و يوم المباراة كذلك

- من الافضل ان يقوم نظام عمل التمارين الصباحية يوم عمل و يوم راحة 

- بالنسبة الى شدة الاوزان تكون متوسطة في الايام اليوم الاول و الثالث و خفيفة في اليوم الثاني .
