Senior Team - Ball Introduction
-Complete the stations #1-6
-2 rotations = 1 set
-Complete 10 sets
-Rest after specific amount of time 5 minutes, then continue exercise
#6 Options - R/L Foot, One Touch, Volley, Two Touch (thigh-foot, chest-foot), Headers, etc.

Diamond Passing
15x15 - Age specific
-Complete the passing sequence #1-4.
-Follow your pass
-Start with one pass at #1, then coach places in second bacll at #3.
-If ability allows place a third ball in activity

-Angle of 1st touch
-Surface of 1st touch

20' - (2) 4v2+1 - 15ydx10yd
Outside players up to 3 touches, inside player 1 touch. If defenders win the ball 2 v 1 inside the grid.
Dynamic first touches, deception/fients, must have awareness and movement off the ball. Important that the middle player doesn't restrict space. Both defenders rotate after winning the ball 3 times, defenders pick new defenders.

6v6 Game - No GKs
-Coach can change or manipulate the ways in which the players score due to the lack of GKs
-One touch finish, Finish on side net, volley finish
