1 ball, field divided into defensive, middle and attacking zones.
Instructions:
Free play except there is only 1-touch max in the midfield zone for both teams (unless you're intercepting a pass/regaining possession, then you have 3-touch max).
Unlimited touches in defensive and attacking zones.
Coaching Points:
Recognition of not being able to play forward
Recognition of player in 2nd line
Quality of return pass – accuracy - play nearest foot if switching - play furthest foot if play vertically through the lines
Weight of return pass to allow them to play 1st time – take pace off the ball
Movement after the initial pass to play forward quickly
Movement of player in 3rd line to find passing lanes
Progressions:
1-touch in both midfield and attacking zones. Unlimited in only defensive zones.

Instructions:
A takes a touch and B opens up opposite side. C opens up same side as A. Defender cuts off lane from A to C.
As soon as A plays into B, defender closes down prompting B to play double pass back to A.
A plays into C.
Rotation = A>B>Def>C
