Defending questions: What can we do to prevent them playing through? How can we close down without leaving box. Where can we force the attacking team to stop them playing through?

Coaching points in the flow:
(When do we play that pass? Why do we want to focus on these elements?)
Answers: 1.) When there is a gap in the defensive line/block. 2.) We want to move the opposition out of their shae so we can penetrate early.
DEFENDING TEAM: Pressure, balance, cover
(where should we force the ball? when is there a trigger to press? Why do we do these things?)
Answers: 1.) Outside/ Away from middle 2.) Soon as ball gets played sideways or back 3.) To force the opposition back towards their own zones (In game we force back so we can win the ball high up the field to quickly create scoring opportunities.
Progressions:
Add small goals and if defensive team wins ball, they shoot on goal for 5 points.
Add GK in and when attacking team wins 2 points one person carries on their run and shoots first time.
Add 3rd player for defending team.
