30x15 grid. 5 attackers try to maintain possesion of the ball as long as possible. The 3 defenders try to put pressure on the ball, if defenders win the ball they try to score on either small goal.
Main Points:
-Spacing of attacking players crucial to ability to keep possession.
-Players without ball must move to create good angles but be aware of where other players are to make sure they maintain adequate spacing
-First touch away from defender towards space
-If attacking team loses ball they must try to win it back immediately, once they win the ball back they must expand to utilize the full space again

Objective
to improve teams ability to press from the front
Organization
Set up in half the field
Blue team playing in a 1-2-2-1 (objective to score in the mini-goals)
The yellow team set up in a 2-2- 3 (if they win possession they can score in the big goal)
Coaching Points
Stay compact
Move as a unit
Prevent forward passes
#9 to make play predictable (force to one side)
#7 & #11 to stop the forward pass down the line towards mini-goal
#6 to prevent their #6 from getting the ball on top of the box
#4 to stop their #9 from receiving the ball
