ORGANIZATION:
4 Lines of 4 players per line. Rows of 4 cones per line (16 cones), 2 feet apart.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Players will begin the warm up by going through a series of instructions through the cones (wrap arounds, quick feet, slalom, lunge, side shuffle, jockey, jog backwards,sprints etc.)
OBJECTIVES:
Imporved neuro muscular coordination, speed and power

i) Player A passes to Player B and follows his pass
ii) Player B receives with a hook turn (inside or outside foot) in-field.
iii) Player B passes to OPPOSITE Player C and follows his pass
iv) Player C receives with a hook turn (inside or outside foot) out-field.
v) Player C runs with the ball at speed back to the end of the line.
REPEAT once Player B is prepared to receive.

ORGANIZATION:
Set up a 30yrd x 18yrd playing area. Divide the area into 3rds with each 3rd being 10yrds x 18yds.Have 12 players into 3 groups, 1 ball for play and the other balls spread around outside of grid for easy access. 4 players in each 3rd, 3 Attackers, and 1 Defender. Defenders wear bibs.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 ball is used. 3 v 1 in each box starting with left box (call it the def 3rd to relate it to real game). Each player must get at least 1 touch of the ball & keep it away from the defender, before they can transfer it to next 3rd. Middle 3rd players must do the same before transferring ball to final 3rd, where attackers have a shot on target. Coach players to support the player and ball when their team has possession. Go forward when they have option, If not, be patient, keep the ball, remind them to play what they see. If defenders intercept ball, they can transfer it to any other defender. Defenders can score. NO GK's. Keep score.
PROGRESSION:
1 -Once player in middle box recieves ball, they are able to play whatever way they wish (ex - play it back to where it came from) also,end boxes can transfer to each other ( ex -play a long ball over top)
COACHING POINTS:
Movement off the ball - support the man and support the ball
Distance and Angles of support, Communication (eye contact)
Good body and team shape, preparaton for a positive touch
Passing - Pace / Weight, Accuracy, Eye on Ball, Part of foot / ball

-2v4 in the middle
-Play is started by either CB playing in ball
-Yellows attempt to win the ball and dribble out of box while blues attempt to play the ball from CB to CF
-Restart once ball is at CF
-Players stay in positions.
