1) 4 different color squares laid out (red, blue, yellow, green)
- Players begin by dribbling in one square w/ heads up awareness
- Coach holds up a cone with one of the colors of the squares
- When the players see the color, they dribble into the square thatmatches the cone being held up, and once they arrive, begin dribblingaround that square.
Coaching Points:
- Small touches when in tight spaces (while inside the squares)
- Bigger touches at speed when switching squares
- Heads up awareness: looking to see which color is being held up,also looking to see where players are around them.

Freeze Tag:
- Blue players dribble around square
- Red Players (Elsa - Frozen) hold pinnie in hand (this is their snowball)
- Red players try to hit Blue Players' ball by throwing pinnie at it.
- If blue player gets hit, they are frozen: They pick up ball, put it over their head, and spread their feet wide
- To get unfrozen, another blue player has to dribble between their legs.
- Red players try to freeze everyone (create an ice age)
Coaching Points:
- Size of touch- when to take big touches (to speed away from Elsa), when to take small touches (when Elsa is close, when dribbling through frozen players' legs)
- Heads up, scanning field, checking shoulders for ice monsters
- How can you protect your ball? (Show ice monsters your back--shielding ball, recognize when pinnie is about to be thrown and perform pull back move)
***Repeat 2-3 times, until every player has had an opportunity to be an ice monster

Scrimmage
- Each player given a number
- If coach calls their number, run onto the field and try to score in pugg- Coach can call 1 number, 2, 3...etc, all numbers = all players on field
Points:
- Find open space (easier to dribble)
- Team with ball try to m ake field big
- Defending team: 1 player pressures ball, the rest look to defendother attacking players
- Review size of touch (small when near defenders, bigger to pushpast defender/run faster in open space)

Dribble Thru Gates (10 mins)
1) Dribble through gates- 30 seconds, how many gates can you getthrough? (Gate= 1 pt)
Points: Size of touch, eyes up scanning area
When to take small?- near cones, near other players
When to take big?- when there's open space in front to go faster, butnot too big
Progression: Need to alternate colors (ex- red then yellow, yellowthen red)
Coaching Point: If you bump into another player you lose all points(eyes up, looking for space where no one else is)
- Can you beat your previous score?
