Play from A- B- C .C has one touch to control and one touch to strike ball towards teamates.
Not trying to score, just focusing on the technique and accuracy of the shot.
Have a competition to see how many times you can shoot and get it through your partners legs.
Coaching Points
1.Angle of approach
2.Large final stride into ball.
3.Non kicking foot next to the ball.
4.Second knuckle contacts ball.
5.Strike the centre of the back of the ball. Eyes on the part of the ball you want to strike.
6.Follow through- land on kicking foot.
Progression
3 goals placed in the end zone.
3 teams of 4 : Competition : 1st team scoring 5 goals.

Organization:
Players pair up and line up as shown in the picture. One ball per pair.
Instructions:
Player A and B are working together to score on the two blue goalkeepers. Player A dribbles the ball into the red box and leaves the ball there. Player B runs behind A and shoots on his/her first touch (next time around player B dribbles and A shoots). After they've shot they both become goalkeepers (always). After they've been in goal, they go back in the line and wait to shoot again.
Coaching Points:
- correct shooting technique
- timing of the shot
- power vs finesse
Progressions:
P- add competition (if get scored on, they're out)
P- smaller box
R- remove the pairs and allow them to dribble and shoot on their own
R- bigger box

Knock-out (15 mins)
Organization:
One 20x20 area and one 25x25 area. One ball per person
Instructions:
Simple knock-out. When a player gets knocked out, he/she moves in to the bigger box. When enough players have moved into the bigger box (about 5-6), they play knock-out. Players move from box to box when they get knocked out.
Coaching Points:
- ball control
- use body to protect own ball
- find creative ways to knock other's balls out
