Switching the POA SSG
Organization:
Mark out a 35 x 25 yard grid with a five yard endzone on either side. Divide the team into two teams of 6 and put two nuetrals on the otside of gris as shown. Teams score by dribbling or passing into their endzone. To score teams must use both the Nuetrals. Play for 30 minutes.
Coaching points
- Players should be constantly aware to take up correct positions to facilitate the switching of play.
- Insist on correct body shape using 1 touch when needed to speed up play.

Divde players into 3 groups of 4. Blue plays against White while the red players remain in boxes shown as Nuetrals.
Objective:
Switching play laterally and diagonally w/at least 3 passing options.
Neutrals have 3 seconds to pass ball. If not coach sends in new ball.
Progression: Neutrals on1 touch
Inside teams must complete 2 passes in the middle prior to moving the ball to a Nuetral (a point)
Progression: Complete the circuit. All four corners equals a point.
Coaching points:
- Moniter and insist on correct body shape - opening up - receiving/passing w/back foot (furthest away)
- There should be constant movement to potential passing lanes/options.
