Instructions:
2v2 game. When ball crosses the endline the defending team drop out and a new team bring a new ball on from behind that goal.
P. Player who scored/missed must touch the goal before rejoining the game again, leaving a 2v1 for the new team on to attempt to exploit.
Coaching Points:
- Anticipation and awareness of space and quick attack
- Recognising numbers up (2v1) and exploiting it
- Committing the defender and either passing late to support or beating them yourself
- Runs and movement of the support player (must stay onside)
- Finish!

Competition; First to 5 wins.

- 40 x 30 yard area same area as previus activites
Instructions:
• First player dribbles out to center box and shoots on goal. As soon as they shoot they retreat to become GK in their Goal, the cue for the next player in line to go is when the shot from the opposing team crosses the end line or is saved by their teams GK
• Players must shoot from inside th blue area (Shaded area above)
Coaching Points:
1) Positive touch out of feet
2) Approach ball at an angle
3) Head up, observe target
4) Pick spot then eyes return to the ball
5) Contact centre of ball
6) Keep weight over ball
7) Follow through onto kicking foot
Progressions:
- Use both feet
- After shot, set for your next teammate.

Organization:
1.40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (Teams of 4, 1 team resting) set up as shown 3.Supply of balls by coach at half-way line
Instructions:
1.Coach starts game by serving to player who has positioned himself best to make a penetrating dribble
2.Teams score by dribbling through either wide gate, worth 1 point (see A and C), or central gate, worth 2 points (see B)
3.If ball goes out, coach restarts with a pass to the team who did not concede possession
4.If goal is scored, conceding team restarts with a dribble or kick in from their back line
5.First team to 4 points wins, with losing team being replaced by resting team
Coaching Points:
1.Controlled approach
2.Engage Defender at speed by attacking front foot
3.Timing of Move – just outside tackling radius
4.Change of speed and direction
5.Cut into the space behind defender
6.Head up, accelerate away
Progressions:
P – Wide gates are removed, and only the central gates score points R – Increase to a 50 x30 area
R – Restart with kick-ins, and make first touch free for attacking team

-Players Divided into two teams
-All the balls start on the right side of the attaking teams field (starting point of balls switch sides halfway through)
Instructions:
• First player in line starts the game, by dribbling into the area, as soon as the red team players (A and B) enter the field, the white team players (C and D) can step out and defend
