ORGANIZATION:
All 12 players are in the centre half circle (or equivalant size if circle not available for use)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Each Player has a ball, Moving around the circle. Challenge is to achieve as many touches as possible on the ball in 5 to 10 mins, depending on alotted. Use ball skills from previous sessions:
(scissors, step overs, chucks, V Pulls, L Pulls, drags, pull backs, turns, cuts, maradona, cruyf, inside/outsides, switch ball, keep ups, rollies.....combine 2 moves at one time,....etc)
COACHING POINTS:
Use different parts of the feet
Changing directions often
Tempo of movement
Awareness of whats around them

3v3v3
Green keeps posession for 6 passes before they switch it to the reds. Blues send in one defender at a time with the other 2 in middle nuetral zone, they can block the through pass as well. if they lose the ball then they now become the defendijng team. The players in middle grid can stop the threw pass and make the team in posseession transition to defending.
Points:
1. body position trap with correct foot.
2. movement off ball- on opposite side to recieve as well.
3. when to look for threw ball and when to keep possession.

Set Up:
10 x 20 yrd grid
2 targets
2 groups of 2 players, one ball per group
Set up 2 grids, side by side, for more repetitions
Instructions:
1-Players pass ball, 1 touch in pairs
2-Coach blows whistle, players with ball proceed to attack opposite target and begin 1v1
Progressions:
1st player to score, runs back to help defend original target and transition to score again
1st player to scroe , runs back to create 2v1 on original target

Instructions:
20x20 Grid, goal as taerget, one line fo defenders bothe side of goal. 1 Line of attackers
Small target on the side line of grid, with cones
Player plays ball to attacking player ( A )
Attacker receives it and tries to beat defender 1v1.
If defender wins the ball, they try to dribble between the cones.
Don't switch lines. Switch after 3-4 minutes.
Progression:
2v2
Weak foot passing and dribbling
Coaching Points:
Proper technique for striking the ball. = See the Target , Eye on Ball
Run at defender with pace and try to unbalance with a fake/feint to get a shot off.

50 x 42 yd Playing Area. 6v6. Include Goalkeepers. Use different formations for each team
INSTRUCTIONS:
Free Play. Try to score more goals than the opposing team in the alotted game time.
