Organization: 4 players in each channel (10x5 yards) with a pair of players on each side
Play starts with pass from Player A to Player B. Player A holds run until Players B bounces to Player A. Player A plays back to Player B. Player B passes long to Player C. Switch sides.
For this can alternate how far player A runs to receive the bounce. E,g, half way, then can progress into 1-2 metres away from player B for a quick combination

4 Player Passing (15 mins)
Organization: 4 players in each channel (12x6 metres) with two active and two servers.
Duration: 60-75 seconds per rep
Activity: Each player performs activity on each foot concurrently and switch sides. When they switch sides, the players could be prescribed with a dynamic movement from list below. Could also have breaks between the technical activities for the dynamic movement and stretching - also core exercises including push-ups and planks
Technical List:
- Soft toss: inside foot | laces | thigh-foot | half-volley
- Pass: Inside foot | Inside touch, roll over to other foot and pass (swap so players are rolling with both feet)
- One touch only (all four players)
Dynamic Movements: hip in | hip out | knee up | half kick | quad raises | hamstring walks | calves
