And the opposite side as well.
Coaching points:
- quick two touch passing
- indicating where you want the pass and calling for the ball

Starts with a transfer across and to the outside. Check it to the player at the top of the circle, get it back, and pass down to the baseline player who has led to the T-spot. They dribble along the baseline back to their cone and pass 90 degrees back to the player at the top of the circle for a shot. Then the other side goes.
Players rotate on their side (aka player 1 moves to player 2 after the rep goes to the left side). If they're getting confused by the flow, eliminate the check ball
Coaching points:
- Being ready and calling for the ball with your stick down
- receiving across your body
Progression:
- competition to score the most goals between the sides

A review of DPC positions and roles. Everyone should go through the roles, not just defenders. Remind them that all the players at the 50 have the responsibility to run back to the circle to help.
1: runs out to the main hitter, stick down, breaks down their feet
2: takes balls that go off the #1 runner's left foot, responsible for the stroke spot tipper
3: does NOT touch anything that comes to their left, responsible for the backhand tipper and injector
4: post player, responsible for the far post tipper if it goes to them
If:
- the ball is inserted short, #1 runner goes to the ball still. Everyone shifts inside
- the ball is passed to our right, #1 runner continues to pressure. Everyone shifts inside
- the ball is passed to our left, #2 runner steps up to pressure. #1 runner drops to the center

APC review of roles and plays. 7 players on the circle (including the back up) and 3 players back staggered by the 50. Remind the back 3 players that their role is to be aware of all the attackers and delay the play. Remind the team that backswing shots need to be below the boards. Our priorities during a PC are to get the ball on goal, that's it.
Options to practice:
1. insert to short option, shot on goal towards the far post. Stroke spot and far post tippers in
2. insert to hitter #1, shot on goal. All tippers in.
3. insert to hitter #1, pass to hitter #2, shot. All tippers in.

We can scrimmage vs H5 if they want. Otherwise intersquad scrimmage. 2 x 8min, play half field. If needed, enact a rule: 3 touches only or 5 second restart.
