Method: 3 v 3, start on the cone and on the coach call players sprint around the pole and it becomes a full-on attacking/defending scenario. 15 seconds to finish the ball or it is a defender's point.
Coaching Points:
Defenders have the correct stance when defending, forcing attackers onto their weaker side. Cut off the passing lanes. Try and make the pitch narrow.
Attackers have to be quick off the mark, make the pitch big and finish as soon as possible. (20 mins)

Method: 3v3 game. 3 touch maximum. One-touch finish. Move on to the next opposition once finished, maximum 4-minute games. Great end of week fun competition.
Coaching Points: Use points from attacking/defending centrally sessions. Create space in a small area. Limit touches. (20 mins)
