Directions
After crossing players C and D race back to the orignal line, they battle for a 1v1 ball passed in by the next pair in line. Which ever player (C or D) who wins the ball, then looks to combine with the neutral players E and F to make a 3v1 to goal. Which ever player is defending C or D goes to the other goal if they win the ball and the neutrals then work with that player.

Progresson One defender steps into th penalty box to defend the cross and the 3v1, if they win it they can break away on opposing goal but must scrore in a set period of time.

Directions
One of two players, A or B plays a driven ball on the Ground to player C or D, Player C or D recieves the ball and takes a first touch with the back foot, driving toward the end line, they then round the cone and play a cut back cross on the ground toward the top of the box, Players E and F make a Near and Far post run and attempt to strike on goal from near the top of the box
