All GKs to do the foot to foot passing

GKs then split, 1/2 with the Orchard Game, 1/2 working on the second GK exercise and rotate

Elimination Rondo (20 mins)

Set up a 3 v 3 (or 4 v 4) with 2 jokers who always play for the possession team
Each time the possession team complete 3 passes the defending team lose a player
If the defending team win the ball back, they regain all of their players
If the possession team eliminate all of the players the game restarts with the other team in possession

Notes

Adjust the numbers of Jokers / team players to suit the ability

Start with 3 v 3, use keepers if available

Spare players on the side

Play for 3 minute sets (shorten extend as needed)

Split grip shots only

When a team scores, they get an extra player

If they carry into contact 3 times, they lose a player
