All players in a large circle, each with a ball. Begin with inside-inside(tick tocks) one minute. Next toe touches, 30 seconds with each foot. Next roll the ball side-to-side with the bottom of each foot for 30 seconds. Next stand on left foot and roll the ball around the leg left with the right foot for 30 seconds and then switch. Optional: Depending on time available and subject of training can also work in scissors and/or step overs.

Set up a line of disks about 2 feet apart. Use mulitiple lines to avoid too much waiting. Each player has a ball. Player navigates cones first with only their right foot. Encourage a rhythm of 2 outside touches and then 2 inside touches alternating to weave the disks. Have player in line go up and then each player go back and then repeat using only the left foot. 3rd trip up and back will be all inside of feet alternating two touches back-and-forth the insides of each foot. The last pass will be combo of an outside touch to push the ball between disks and an inside touch to move the ball forward. Emphasize to the players that they are attempting to avoid the disks with the ball but it is ok if their body passes over the dicks. The disks do not represent defenders!

Each player plays for themselves. Must dribble one of four balls under control through one of four corner gates. Encourage players to use skills worked on earlier and all parts of foot to avoid defenders and keep control of balls. Can introduce more balls if players find it too difficult to score.

Full scrimmage with the condition that players cannot dispossess opponents when they are dribbling. This serves to encourage players to advance the ball with the dribble that are normally hesitant to do so. It also continues to teach pressure/cover/balance and the idea of containing attackers(rather than stabbing and getting beat) and forcing them into difficult passes allowing your teammates to intercept passes.
