Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 5v5 plus GK to 1v1 on the end zone

5v5 plus GK to 1v1 on the end zone

Organisation:

• Divide the on a center zone and 2 end zones with 2 goals at the end of each end zone, 
• 5v5 plus GK if is possible 

Instructions:

 the All players must play in the middle area of the field until the final penetrating pass is made into the end zone area.  

Play becomes 1v1 in the end zone after   Coach restarts from with the blue team attacking.  

Coaching Points:

• Receiving the ball : can I go forward? 
• First touch Can I finish after my first touch 
• Look up to set the target 
• be patient with the ball and pass the ball to move the other team 
• be aware when the other team move and create the gap to attack when is time to Attack?
• movement of the ball rotate , over lap, fake runs
