Instructions:
1. Driven serve then GK moves to near area for cut back situation
2. Cut back short of far post for live shot
Live play - All rebounds are live. Be creative and improvise in service
2x rounds each side

Shot Stopping (20 mins)
Organization:
Set up as shown

Instructions:
GK plays one time pass with server 2 then moves quickly to front post for low dive from server 1. (Touch down the line or towards goal. Vary angle to keep GK honest)
Server 1 then passes to Server 2
Server 2 to shoot
Server 2 can take a touch to instigate a 1v1 situation - Big touch and small touch/out of control or in control
Coaching Points:
Find the ball quickly
Find balance and position
set and handling
Speed of reaction
Attack the line of the ball if cutting out the cross
Progressions:
Addition of Server to other side of goal.
As above or server 2 starts with ball and plays to either server for a cut back and shot on goal.

Multi-situational (20 mins)

2-4 mannequins with balls
2 goals 14-16 yards apart
Instructions:
Pass comes in to attacker in the middle from side servers. Servers can pass direct or touch inside/down line
Attacker must finish with first touch
Alternate side and GK
Rebounds live to opposite GK and attacker
Concede twice and rotate - Both GK's switch out - Winning GK gets point
