Description: The session finishes with a simple 4v4 game. This will expose our players to the change of direction that we need them to experience and give them an opportunity to play competitively for a period of time. There is no need to stop and coach within this. Allow the players time to play within small-sided games and be exposed to a high change of direction practice, that will develop them physically.
