2.7 players set up as shown

Instructions:
1.Player 1 plays to player 2 who checks away from D
2.Player 2 plays back to player 1 who opens out to play a driven pass to player 3 who has checked away from D
3.D’s then take the spot of player 2 and 3. Player 2 becomes D at the top cone and player 1 at the first cone
4.Player 3 dribbles back to the start and the rotation continues
5.Play for 2 minutes then switch sides
6.Speed should be high

1.Angle of approach – center
2.Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
3.Head up observe your target
4.Contact ball - middle
5.Contact foot - inside
6.Ankle locked with toe pointed up
