Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Clean your room

Organization: 10X10 box with 8-10 soccer balls in each box. Place a cone about 15 yards away from the box where players will start. 

Have no more than 4 players per line.   (This game requires a lot of soccer balls)

Instruction: Explain to the players that the box is their bedroom and they must clean all of the garbage (balls) out of their room as quickly as they can. 

First player starts by running into the box and grabbing a soccer ball, they must dribble the soccer ball back to their line before the next player in line can go. 

Keep going until there are no more soccer balls (garbage). First team to clean their room Wins

• Players must perform a turn when grabbing a soccer ball. (Pull tap turn, Cruyff turn, Inside/outside cut)
• Instead of dribbling back to their line can they dribble to a small goal and shoot. (Put their garbage into the trash can)
• Use different feet to dribble. Left foot only, right foot only.
