2 touch 1 ball both feet: player A passes firmly/accurately to player C (same side of cone) receiving on back foot, opening body shape to pass to player B. player B bounces pass back for player C (same side of cone) to receive on left back foot opening body shape to pass to player A. Repeat for 1 minute.

Progression -
1) Player A passes to player C on right side of cone. C touches ball from right foot to left foot (in front of cone / movement behind cone), pass to player B with left foot. player B passes to player C on left side of cone (in front of cone / movement behind cone), pass to player A with right foot.
2) Player A passes to player C on left side of cone, bounce pass to player A, bounce pass back on right side of cone. C 1st time pass to B, bounce pass to C on left side of cone. Repeat.

THE SESSION: Finishing with pressure from behind
Red player stands 5 yards in front of Blue player. Blue player plays the ball forward in front of Red player. Red player reacts and runs to ball and attmepts to finish. After ball is played, Blue player begins pursuit and attempts to defend the Red player. If Blue steals, they can rip a shot.
PROGRESSIONS:
Restrict touches red player can take

THE SESSION: 18 Yard Game
The session is setup in the 18 yard are with 3 teams. Two teams are in the 18 yard box with the 3 rd as target players on the outside of the 18. Once (1) of the teams gains possession of the ball they must play it to a target player on the out sideout to be on offense. Target player on ly play to the color that plays to them. Once on offense the objective is to score. The team on defense trys to when the ball. If they win it the pass to a target to be on offense. On a goal, save by the GK or out of play the coach plays a new ball in and says who starts on offense. The game goes for 3 minutes with the winning team staying on and the target team stepping in to play. The losing team becomes the target players.
PROGRESSIONS:
You can allow target players to shoot from outside if the defending team does not close the gap

Organisation
- 4 v 4 (plus 2 x GK) + 4 Boundary players
- Block A and width fo GK Box
Explanation:
- attacking team shoots at the goal (reinforce this)
- when the defending team win the ball they are to then shoot at goal
- Reinforce player core behaviours
- Reinforce decision making (Shoot, Set up and Create)
- Boundary players to support the attacking team,. they are also required to work the entirity of the boundary
- Change teams every 2.5mins
- Make it competitive and keep score
Remove points for not facing forward and scanning prior to receiving the ball
