Practice these at home. Remember... if its too easy, you can always make it harder by making it a tighter area or doing it faster. You dont need cones, use anything to mark out your area. eg)old paint cans, buckets, water bottles, jumpers.
Practice at least 4 times before our next training. Ideally though you could be out every day.
Bonus points if you go for a 10 min run after and try to do it again with tired legs.

Off the wall and control. (10 mins)
Method:
- Kick the ball against the wall and control it inside the box
- Make the box whatever size you feel will challenge you
- Use your weak foot twice as much as your strong foot.
- Make it hard for yourself by playing a hard pass against the wall.
- Practice for 5 mins and then challenge yourself to get 10 in a row without leaving the box.
Once you have completed the challenge, move onto the next drill.Coaching points:
- While practicing, try controlling it in different ways like: Back foot, Outside of the foot as if you are holding someone off, try kicking it out of your hands and control it on the chest or thigh.
Too easy? Make the box smaller.
