Set Up: 2 Cones, 1 Ball, 1 Player
Instructions:
1.Dynamic Toe Taps- start in the middle of the box and toe tap towards each cone and back to middle. 200 Touches
2. Pull back/push- Role back with sole and push forward with laces. 50 touches each foot. Each touch counts, Switch feet after 50 touches.
3. Push Bells- 100 Touches, 50 Touches with each foot
4. Fake Shot/L Turn- 100 Touches, 50 Touches with each foot
5. R9 Pull back 100 touches
6. Bell/Bell/Roll- 200 Touches
7.X Pulls- 200 Touches
8. Bell Bell Outside Inside - 1 Min
9. Pull back Bell, bell, scoop Roll- 1min
10. L Turns- 50 Each foot
11. Circle Turn- 25 Each Foot.
12. L Turn/Return Roll- 50 each way (100 Total)
13. Side Swipe Pass (Dutch) Sole of foot on top of ball roll inside, outside pass to opposite foot.

Warm Up (10 mins)
Set Up: 3x3 Area max 5x5 Area, 1 Tennis Ball, 1 Bambino, 1 Size 5 Ball. 1 pad of paper and pen
Instructions:
Warm Up- Move in the box dribbling the ball for 45 seconds, change direction any time you hit a wall of the boxed area. Shin Stretch elevate leg, left toes towards your shin and hold for 8-10 seconds, switch legs then repeat by pushing toes down progress to dynamically then have them dribble in the box at a fast speed in the box for 45 seconds. (60% speed) then move into calf stretch then progress into 80% speed
Phase 1- 2min Juggle a tennis ball and record your highest score. Set a Target goal, Progression 2 min of juggling with Bambino size ball (record highest score) then progress to a size 5 and record highest score. Total time 6 min of juggling!
