Set Up
Make a 25x25 area and split the players into 2 teams. Each team will have their own ball.
Instructions
Split the players into 2 teams with each team having their own ball. 2 players from each team will start in a corner box diagonally across from each other. The players in the middle pass and move across the square and have to get the ball to the corner players. Once the corner player receives the all they control it and then come back into the middle. The passer moves into the corner. Th team then has to play across the square to the opposite corner.
Progression 1- The corner players first touch has to stay in the corner.
Progression 2- Open up your body so that you control the ball on your back foot. Your first touch should take you back into the middle and into space.
Progression 3- Play a give and go with the corner player that is coming into the area.
Progression 4- Only use 1 all betwen the 2 teams. Play possession but with the aim of getting the ball to the outside players.
Progression 5- Each time the ball gets to a corner player, they corner players move to corner to their right.
Coaching Points
Pass the ball with the inside of your foot.
Control the ball with the inside of your foot.
Open your body up when receiving.
Take your touch in the direction you want to go in.

Set Up
Use a half field with a goal at one end and 2 smaller goals at the other end. Split the players into a team of 9 and a team of 5.
Instructions
The team of 9 defend the goal and play towards the small goals. The team of 5 attack the regular goal.
The team of 9 start with the ball and play out from the goalkeeper to a defender. They thn have keep possession of the ball and move it forwards so that they can score in either of the small goals. If the defending team (5) get the ball thn they attack the regular goal.
Progression 1- How quickly can we score.
Progression 2- You can't score until everyone has touched the ball at least once.
Coaching Points
RB and LB drop and move wide to receive the ball.
Once the ball is played the team slides to that side.
Wide midfielder to move towards the touchline and to open up to face the player with the ball and to se what is in front of them.

Set Up
Make a 25x25 area with muliple boxes around the outside. Half of the players need balls.
Instructions
Split the players into those that are in the boxes and those that are in the middle of the area with the ball. The players in the middle dribble the ball towards an outside player and pass to them. Once the outside player recieves the ball they control it and then move into the middle area the player that passed the ball now move into the box and becomes an outside player.
Progression 1- When the outside player receives the ball their first touch must now stay within the box, their second touch will bring them back into the area.
Progression 2- When the outside player is receiving the ball they are going to open their body up so that the ball comes across them, control it on their back foot and direct it in the direction that they want to go in.
Progression 3- Play a give and go with the player that will be moving into the middle area.
Coaching Points
Pass with the inside of the foot.
Control the ball with either the inside or the outside of the foot depending on what you have asked the players to do.
Open your body up so that you can see where the ball has came from and where you are wanting to go.
Control the ball in the direction that you want to go in.
